Oh Snow Patrol… How I love your music. Both lyrics and melodies, lots of songs for different moods. Although the meaning of the whole song may not be relevant, I thought of this particular quote in reference to the way I feel when I’m creating something, and just get lost in it. I love it.

I’ve realised I may be in Scotland (:D) at the same time as Snow Patrol are playing at T in the Park… and I really want to go. In all honesty, there’s not a lot of things I get that excited about (unless I’ve drunk too much coffee) so the big stupid grin on my face when I am properly excited is a pretty big indication of something I really want to do. And this is one of those things!

I hope it works out! I’m excited to go to Scotland in general too. I can’t really put my finger on it, I just have a good feeling about this trip, and I’m looking forward to exploring the area where my family used to live as well as some more touristy places (such as Edinburgh Zoo for example!) The idea of a trip to somewhere further away to lay sunbathing on the beach all day is all very well, but I actually quite like the UK- I love the English countryside and beaches/coastline in Wales, so discovering what treasures Scotland has to offer is pretty appealing to me. 

I’m visiting Brighton on Saturday and as well as exploring the lanes I’m going to pick up some wholesale beads to make my friend a bracelet for her birthday. Very much looking forward to this- I want to get making!!
